Dear Polly
? you have a bill at 60 days for $300 dollars on Messrs. Benbry & Sturtevant Boston you will on your receiving this giv it to Osgood to carry it to Boston if you should want money before it is in. After it is accepted you may get Osgood to sell it in Boston for a small discount I have to inform you that I have lost ? I left this place last November $2600 dollars which was a ? to have ? at ? with you. I shall sale for Kingston tomorrow and as I shall stay there some time If you should mete an opportunity you will write me there as I have one half of the Cargo and have business for other people to the amount of 12 or 14 thousand dollars if no disaster should befall me I shall proceed to Marblehead on my return that will be in ? August. You have the first bill in this the other I shall send with a letter for Capt Shurry? To send on by next male I have not received any letter from you yours
