Let be it Known, That in consideration of the sum of
Twenty Six 40/100 Dollars
paid to the City of Providence
by George Burr and George W Morse
the said City of Providence do hereby sell and convey unto the said Burr and Morse two Lots of Land in the Ancient Public Burying Ground called "the North Burying Ground," in the City of Providence, which Lots are Numbers (10) Ten and (11) Eleven, in Group No 8. including the ??? ??? between the lots, as numbered and designated in a Plat of said Burying Ground Lots, in the Book of Records of "Deeds of North Burying Ground Lots," in the office of the City Clerk in said Providence.
Said Lot being Thirty Three feet long
and Twenty feet wide,
containing six hundred and sixty square feet.
Situated in the ?? of the North side of Prospect(?) Avenue, are bounded North by a ?? South, East and West by Paths.
To have and to hold the same to them the said G. Burr, George Morse their heirs and assigns forever;
On Condition that the same shall be used and improved only as and for a Burying Lot; shall not be sold or transferred without leave and obtained of the City authority; and that the owners or possessors thereof shall always be subject to such regulations, orders and liabilities, (not affecting the title thereto,) as are or shall be adopted or made by the consistituted authority, for the orderly and convenient use, and for the improvement of said North Burying Ground.
